I have been paying this online backup service for over 10 years. For the first time I needed to restore some files to work while traveling three or four days ago, it didn't restore. The site just doesn't respond to the command. That totally defeats the purpose of paying for this when I needed it. It's adversely affecting my client relationship since they need the work done and may cost my the business with them. I was online for over four hours with a total of 8 tech supports and no one could help me. Then I was told to wait for another 48 working hours to just to know the result. This is not acceptable! This makes me wonder what I have been paying for the past more than 10 years for!
