Online Backup scans OK but 0% transfer

Hi,

I have used NOBU very successfully for some 2 years. I also use Norton 360, with the backup facility turned off, equally successfully for some time. Renewed NOBU earlier this year and cannot get it to work. Error code is usually A2211 but have managed an A2028.No files transfer although they are scanned OK. I have plenty of space available (using 24% of 37GB and backup set of 17GB)I have done the following so far with little joy:

Downloaded new subscription and activated (Also updated Norton 360)

Ensured all files closed (not simply minimised)

Re-defined the back-up set

Excluded from the set the files that my work utilises with "Drop Box" after reading of errors with "shared" files.

Suggestion is a connectivity problem. I have Broadband but with slow speed but this has never been an issue before.

This is so frustrating when it was working fine up until the renewal. Does anyone have any ideas please?
