For several days now, whenever I try to run my online backup or restore a file, I get the message, "Could not run due to maintenance being performed on your online backup account." What is going on?
I am using Internet Explorer with Windows 8 and all latest updates.
There was some maintenance being performed on some of the servers recently and this would have given you the message. The maintenance has currently been concluded. Please try another backup today and advise if you are still receiving this issue.
