Since a 'online maintenance' message a few days ago my online back up quit working.

I recieved an message during an online back up that said to try my backup later because of System Maintenance. I have made several attempts to perform an online back up since. Now 2 of my back up sets have failed. I now recieve an error that says the drive is not connected, please check and run another back up. I have made several attempts over the past few days and am still getting the error. I am able to view files that were backed up in these sets, however, i am no longer able to use the set to back up. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Captain,

What steps have been taken to date to try to resolve the issue besides running backups? Cleared temp files, tried a test backup, etc.

I have attempted to delete just one file in the back up set. I have also tried to back up one file to the back up set. each after a computer restart. I have also tried to clear all histories from explorer and cookies, temp files. I have been unable to access either of the back up sets that are causing the error message. I have attempted to back up a single music file to another back up set and it did work, I was also able to download one file from the same back up set. I believe the problem is with just the backup sets music and video.

thank you for the offer however I was able to resolve ALL my issues following a recommendation from email tech support. They suggested I use the special uninstall for 360 then reinstall the software. After doing so I was able to access all my online back up sets. INCLUDING one I have not had any access to or been able to delete for over 2 years. The entire process took less than 20 mins. And 360 has worked flawlessly since.
