Online synching of Identity safe

I am finding out that the online vault I created for Identity safe by syncing w/ my Norton account has way too many log in points...Is there a way to undo an "online syncing" and just revert back to your original local vault ?

Welcome,

With the release of the latest version of the Norton products there is no more local vault. Sorry

And please don't shoot the messenger

Re: Online synching of Identity safe

I agree with the original post (and many others I have read) and want to revert to the local vault. I have a current backup and am all ready to proceed. Yet somehow, Norton doesn't seem to want to allow that. Come on folks...listen to your PAYING customers. Just because you have decided to give away Identity Safe free as a stand-alone product that only works on-line, does NOT mean your paying customers who purchase 360 or NIS shouldn't have the option to either use Identity Safe on-line or locally.

Please change your position and can you sent all of us a broadcast message when you do so we can take steps to revert to local Identity Safe?

Thank you.

FWIW:

It's not just us "mere mortals" who are distressed about our lives being forced into the "Cloud"; the Great & Powerful Woz also thinks the "Cloud" is a very bad idea and has been saying so for some time now...
