For Opera users only.

I discovered that "Chrome.crx" extension for Chrome browser located in "c:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Security with Backup\Engine\22.6.0.142\Exts\" seems to work pretty well in Opera browser. The extension works when installed manually, of course.

Re: For Opera users only.

That's interesting. I'm not an Opera user but I've seen the browser on other PCs and I would like to try it too. Does it fully work (warns of harmful websites and automatically fills in credentials)? If so, why won't Norton support it officially? It is a good opportunity for them to do it now, since they are working to recreate the extension from scratch to support all major browsers.

ITMA.
I have 'OPERA' loaded, as 1of 4 browsers.
'Avira Browser Safety' extension, is worth a punt. Unobtrusive 'Green' indicator. See who's 'Tracking' you, with an option to 'Disable'. No sure about the other 'Tab'.

p.s If I didn't have 'NORTON', I'd probably go for 'AVIRA'.

Re: For Opera users only.

It seems that the official implementation of the Norton Toolbar in Opera should be very easy. Maybe in the future?
