Our Website has been wrongly blacklisted

Our domain at goodpractice.net has been wrongly blacklisted. Our customers are no longer able to access all areas of our site and it's not acceptable to us that we need to wait for 10 - 15 days to have this resolved.

We have sent through verification as requested on safe web however understandably being blacklisted like this causes our customers real concern.

What can we do to have this corrected quickly?

Thanks, Kirsten

Re: Our Website has been wrongly blacklisted

Well, google is not helpful for dot net.  I can find dot com.  So, I grabbed the dot net thinking you skipped hyphen.  Are you dot com
Maybe I can find your dot net with IP

Update: never mind = I found member.goodpractice.net blocked while detailed info shows http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=member.goodpractice.net

Re: Our Website has been wrongly blacklisted

Well, when you wrote <<Our domain at goodpractice.net blacklisted>>.  I took that literal.  google for goodpractice.net and only found dot com.  Had to search a little more for member.goodpractice.net which is however full page block if that's your domain.

Re: Our Website has been wrongly blacklisted

It is bjm yes. Our goodpractice.net domain covers:

images.goodpractice.net

app.goodpractice.net

member.goodpractice.net

Is there anything else you need to know that will help you?

Re: Our Website has been wrongly blacklisted

Hi floplot, they vary across a wide client base, however they all come off one of the following:

member.goodpractice.net

images.goodpractice.net

app.goodpractice.net

As each site has a specific address per client there are many variations after these prefixes.

Thanks, Kirsten

Hello Kirsten

I've notified the Safe Web Team also, but since it's the weekend, they won't get back to this thread until Sunday nite or Monday nite depending where you are located. Thanks.

Now, I'm finding member.goodpractice.net/Login.gp > Green OK.  (84.22.169.242)

Re: Our Website has been wrongly blacklisted

Thanks both. bjm, it does look green now, though I will be unable to check with customers who use Norton until Monday. With the help of this forum I am feeling more optimistic though, thank you.
