Password Auto-fill on Android

I have password manager setup on my Android. However, I get a message to setup Android to allow auto-fill; which I want to use. I have no idea which Android configuration parameter needs to be changed. Any suggestions? I have a Samsung Galaxy 10 phone.

Re: Password Auto-fill on Android

When does this message appear? Does it give any more details in the message on how to do this?

What Android version are you using?

Re: Password Auto-fill on Android

I am running Android 10. The message appears immediately after the vault is opened on the phone. The error is Accessibility Disabled: Turn on Norton Password Manager to autofill your website's login fields. And there is a SETUP link that takes you to Android accessibility configuration screen. The only submenu that seems relevant is Installed Services. There Password Manager appears and shows the service is turned on. Separately, I Iooked at the privacy menu and it shows that Password Manager has full access to the phone. The rest of the accessibility menu deals with features to make the human interface touchless. So....I'm stumped on what Password Manager wants me to do.

Re: Password Auto-fill on Android

In a last ditch attempt, I toggled the on/off for the Password Manager Service. That appeared to clear things up. Thanks.

Thanks for posting back. Sometimes settings do get muddled and toggling the setting fixes things
