Password does not open Vault

I want to try out the Password Manager (Edge extension) but my Norton password does not open the Vault. Do I need another password, if so how do I create one. I am not offered the option to create or change the password.

Clayto. Silly question here but do you already have a cloud vault which you are trying to synch? Remove your current extension then, reboot the system. Get the extension again then try getting the vault to open for you. Norton services status is showing green across the board at present so I don't think that is the issue.

If you have not set up a Norton Password vault, you need to set one up. After installing the Norton Password Manager extension in your browser, click on the icon created on the address bar of the browser. Then sign into your Norton Account with your email and password. As there is no vault associated with that account, you should see a link or button to create a vault. Click that and follow the directions.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Norton Password Manager works accessing it from my Mac on the Web, and it works on my iPad, but not on my iPhone (even when I use the same username and password as the other two), I get an error message saying either my email or password is incorrect.  But it's not.  I uninstalled and reinstalled NPM on my iPhone,  Made no difference,

I see the Password Manager only gets two stars in the Windows Store and there are many negative reviews ..... I am not surprised. I have been having a nightmare experience with signing in to theVault the last two days. I managed to register a password which worked just once. After that every attempt is met with 'invalid password' even after renewing the password many (a great many) times. I have had that Catch22 impossible nonesence of 'enter your old password' before registering a new password,  plus the Capcha curse because I have tried 'too many times'; I have tried with two different machines, one an updated (apart from October) Windows 10 and one an Android.

I wish I had not started on this but had chosen a different Manager but I will keep trying for a little while longer before abandoning it .... any suggestions?
