Password manager login server fails authentication

Cannot log into vault on Edge or IE11 as of yesterday morning. Codes are sent, when authenticating a small red circle appears or message saying the services are experiencing an issue. Not acceptable in any fashion. Norton status shows green across the board. Please get this backend issue corrected.

Cheers

Re: Password manager login server fails authentication

Hi @SoulAsylum,

Thanks for reporting this issue in Community Forums. Can you please let us know the Norton Password Manger extension version and are you seeing same login issue on Google Chrome and Firefox?

Similar issue for myself except I don't use password manager.

@Sunil_GA

 Live update has ran several time today while I was away. I rebooted just for the sake of things. Services are back to normal as the vault opened WITHOUT the complete need to log into my account. Kudos to the team for taking quick action.
