Password Manager - Mobile Unlock Request Not Working

Hello,

I have Chrome and Edge setup to send unlock requests to my mobile device.  Earlier today this feature was working, but as of about 30-45 minutes ago, the requests do not appear to be sent.  Only typing in the password to unlock the vault works at the moment.  Anyone else use this feature and having trouble?

I am having the same issue. I am not receiving the unlock request that are supposedly sent. I don't know if this is do to the fact that I have upgraded my phone model, but I did give the same permissions to my new phone...and it's the same phone number.

Since you got your new phones, have you removed the old phones from the Norton Password Manager setup in your browser's extension settings? Then set up the feature again, making sure the new phones are showing in the list of devices available for that feature.

This is how I solved my problem. In your browser, click the NPM icon. Then, click "Vault". This will open your Password Manager in a new tab. Here, click the Settings icon. This will open the Settings window where you click "Mobile Unlock settings". This is where you can remove your old phone and set your new phone as the Mobile Unlock device.
