When logging in to Amazon account, Password Manager does not pop up to assist with log in. Anyone have this issue?
What browser are you using? Are you logged into your NPM vault when you go to the Amazon site. Remember you are logged out of the vault every time you close the browser.
If it is only Amazon that is giving you an issue, you need to report this to Norton. Something may have changed on the Amazon web site login that Norton is not aware of.
From your browser, click on the Norton Password Manager icon at the right of the browser address bar. Then be sure the vault is open. Then click the icon again, then on the 3 dots at the bottom right. Then click on Feedback and submit the web site information.
I'm using MS Edge. I tried it both ways; logged in to vault and not. Same result both ways. I will report. Thanks
I did what you suggested and I got a message from nebula.something but I don't know how to submit the information. I don't see a submit button.
Sorry. I see my instructions to submit NPM issues no longer work. I'll try to get the correct information on this.

Are you using Legacy Edge OR the new Edge Chromium browser ?

I read somewhere on Norton that NPM will not work with split-page logins like that used by Amazon but I noticed that Google also uses split-page and NPM works there with no issue. Something specific with Amazon????
