Password Manager signin problem, unless signed into Norton.com

I have been using Password Manager with FireFox, for YEARS. About a month ago, I started having a problem Unlocking my Vault, without signing into a Norton.com site.

I open Firefox 71.0, click on the Password Manager icon, click on Open Vault, type my Vault password into "Unlock your Vault" window field. This would get my Local Password Manager up and running. Usually also see a Vault Sync message.

Now, I go to the Password Manager Icon, click on Open Vault, and get an Error window. If I go to a Norton.com site and log-in, I can get to the "Unlock your Vault" window and it works.

Is this something to do with Password Manager? Firefox security settings (I have NOT changed any).

Re: Password Manager signin problem, unless signed into Norton.com

Here is a message I got, when trying to open my Vault just this morning:

-------

Software is Preventing Firefox From Safely Connecting to This Site

sitedirector.symantec.com is most likely a safe site, but a secure connection could not be established. This issue is caused by DigiCert Global Root CA, which is either software on your computer or your network.

---------------------

Went to sign in to Norton.com. Got the Password Manager prompt for the Norton.com login. Let me Open my Vault.
