Password Manager still missing in Firefox?

There has been nothing said in months about restoring the Identity Safe Password Manager on the Norton Toolbar in Firefox, but you did advise - last year - that the functioning toolbar would  be restored and usable - like it has been in Google Chrome for months. How about a truthful update on this element of your security software that used to be available in Firefox. Isn't it Norton's responsibility to maintain its products and update them to run with current software so paying subscribers get the functionality you promote?

Re: Password Manager still missing in Firefox?

Thank you for the info but my question might not have been clear: I am asking about restoring the VAULT capabilities per your Nov 2015 posting

Important Changes for Norton Identity Safe 2015.5.6.76:

1) The VAULT feature is missing from the Norton Toolbar on Firefox 41 & 42. We will be releasing another compatibility patch shortly to restore this feature to all supported versions of Firefox.

... the Vault functionalities (such as Auto-Fill logins, Auto-Save Logins, and Auto-Submit Logins) the Norton extensions are available for Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Can you provide an update on your progress here?

Re: Password Manager still missing in Firefox?

Still waiting for an explanation about why you have been unable to provide the Identity Safe Vault function to Firefox - after announcing in November 2015 that the service would be restored. Your inability to deliver on your word means you don't have the skills or resources to support your software - simply PATHETIC, in my opinion. I pay for the functionality of your software and expect an answer from your authorized blog posters for my questions. How about leveling with your users about your failure to provide a functional software update for the Identity Safe functions in Firefox?

Like me give up and move onto a working password program, in my case LastPass and then chose whatever security program you want.

New statement from Norton says soon- https://community.norton.com/en/forums/update-norton-toolbar-support-fir...

Nearing over 6 months- beyond believable and absurd.

I've never seen this kind of incompetence from any software company.

Re: Password Manager still missing in Firefox?

Shortly after the earth coalesced from the primordial dust cloud and life first appeared on its surface, one bacterium turned to another and asked:  "So, when should we expect the dinosaurs to show up?"  "Soon, soon..." it replied.

Norton's an avid follower of history.

Is that when FF 48 is due out or when the dinosaurs reappear?
