Please quit changing something that's already good!!

Why doesn't Norton keep changing how we use the Norton toolbar and Vault?  The latest update again changed how we access it as well as adding a set of 3 dots on the end of the toolbar that we click to change settings!  It's also much more difficult to get to your Wallet and Other Settings Compared to How It Used to Be.  I wish they would leave well enough alone of course I also wish we didn't have to jump through hoops to keep our local vault but they aren't listening to that either.

Hi,
Keep posting your comments about what you like and dislike in the product suggestion forum

so that others can agree with you and keep the teams informaed about what's right and what's wrong

Thanks

I appreciate what you and the others do here to help Dick, I really do. However, can I say you are living in denial if you truly believe Norton cares about the local vault issue. If they listened to their customers as you are suggesting the local vault would still be an option for those of us who wish to store our passwords locally. I'm sorry Dick but they are not listening and they don't care. They have made that painfully obvious to us all.

The only way we get back the Symantec that attracted us to their products in the first place - is to raise enough stink so the Board of Directors at Symantec pull their heads out of their butts and fire the incompetent CEO currently running the asylum.

That happens when feedback rises to a roar that even the marketing department's dedication-to-fantasy can't quell.

Quit being part of the problem and start being part of the solution.

Passive behaviour implies acceptance of oppression.

Don't be a sheeple.

Maybe now they will finally start listening to their customers and return to the type of company they used to be!

Hi,

Living in denial isn't the way I go. I am only another user like you and I can only exert so much influence. What I try to do is encourage other users, not other gurus, to voice their complaints so that it doesn't look like it's just me and i'm the only one upset. It's easier for me to support a complaint than it is to make one.

I will admit that it appears that all of the complaints have fallen, stuffed, deaf ears but with big corporations some things move slowly. I've seen no hints but I keep hoping that the shear volume of the objections will convince whoever made the decision that it was incorrect and needs to be reversed.

I will live with it either way but I would be a much happier campere with the local vault reactivated.

[end soap box mode]
