Plethora of False Positives

Just ran a full system scan and it went insane on detecting viruses for the first time and the issue is that it detected every javascript file associated with WordPress installations & theme files as a virus.

All of the WordPress & Plugin files, including wooCommerce have been called Suspicious.Epi.4

Hi, Forgone. This is the tech note re this detection. Hope it helps some.

You can submit them to Symantec if you feel they are False Positives.

Try scanning again to see what Symantec fixes, and you can also run a scan with the free MalwareBytes program as a back up scanner.
