Poor Service

Recently renewed my Norton. Lots of problems as always every year with renewals. The computers all show the software activated except one which kept asking me to resubscibe every few days! On the website (difficult to find way around - not in the least user friendly or intuitive) it says none of them are protected except my latest addition! Tried to query this with Technical Support Chat. Waited ages only to get the usual excuse as a popup messages about experiencing an unusually high volume of calls. Having just bought a new laptop with what I now consider to be the appalling Windows 10 installed, I now wonder is there a compettion between Microsoft and Norton to win "Worst Software Provider in the World" title.

If you activated your product on all devices using your Norton Account on one PC, try activating on each device where the product is installed separately.

On the Manage website, are you looking at the Devices tab when you see the devices not protected? Unfortunately, there are many users seeing problems on the Devices tab. If you look at the Services tab, it should show your devices correctly.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
