Very disappointed with Norton in August I decided to cancel subscription as I felt it was getting expensive compared to some competitors.
I was offered a £15 Amazon gift card as a incentive to renew, which I did.
Received email stating I would be notified with 60 days regarding the gift card, still not heard a thing, contacted support twice and still nothing, will look elsewhere on next renewal though I have been with Norton now for a few years
