Problem with Identity Safe
As of yesterday I lost the ability to sign-in to the Identity Safe "Vault" on my desktop PC which is running under Windows 7 (x64) Ultimate. I'm asked to sign in to my Norton Account. When I enter my e-mail and password I'm brought back to the "Get Started" screen. I can access Identity Safe on my laptop (Win 7 Pro (32 bit) and my iPhone. My desktop is not infected with a virus or malware.
