Program says I'm always "at risk"

Program says I'm always "at risk" no matter how many times I think it's been fixed. How do I change "Vulnerability protection definitions"? (Reason given why I'm at risk).

Have you restarted your computer? Not Shutdown and startup again if you use the Win 10 Fast Startup feature. If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Sometimes it says that if you haven't done a scan or a "tune up" for a while.  If you have those settings turned off - ie to manual - then running a scan or running the tune up may get rid of it.  Note under settings for tune up - deselect fragmenting if you have an ssd drive - then it just cleans temp files from browsers.
