Purchasing backup

Hello! This is my first time using this forum so I hope I am in the right place.

I am getting a message  saying that I need to purchase more backup from Norton. I do not wish to purchase any more backup as I have everything I need burned to discs. I would like to know how I can get rid of the annoying red exclamation point on my icon in my taskbar.I tried to attach a screenshot but I am getting a error saying I can't. I like to see the green check mark, knowing that everything is okay. When I see that red exclamation point , it makes me think that something is wrong and I am not being protected.

Thanks for any help or advice you can give me on getting rid of it.

Please reach out to support via this link: https://www.norton.com/chat. They can help verify which pop-up you're seeing and advise how to eliminate it. If they are unable to assist you let me know please.

Thanks for your reply. I kept trying different things and figured out a way to eliminate it on my own.
