Quick question

My Norton security history, from literally 3 minutes ago, has an alert saying "no user is logged in" followed by one saying "user logged in" immediately afterwards (the same second). I was logged in for the duration of this time; I did not put my computer to sleep, I was not disconnected from the internet; nothing happened.

Before that I had 7 notices saying "Unauthorised access blocked" with the author being C:\Windows\System32\werfault.exe. These were all within a few seconds of each other.

What's going on? Are the two related? Why did it say no-one was logged in when I was? I don't recall ever seeing this before. Thanks in advance for the help/

Re: Quick question

I should clarify that with the access blocked notifications, all but one say "Access process data", one says "thread data". I got some earlier too.

Re: Quick question

Hello

These are normal responses made by community watch which is mainly for Norton Employees. Norton will log in any time any file gets too close to Norton files. Your IP might have changed at that time. If it's for a very short time. I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks.
