I was recommended to use REIMAGE.com to speed up my Dell desktop following installation of Windows 10. My problem really relates to a slow frame rate in Flight Simulator 2004. However, I paid £19.95 to them and they transferred me to somebody who tried to sell me more and then to a technical person who wanted control of my computer. I refused to pay the first person and said I just wanted them to do whatever was necessary to speed the computer up according to their lengthy search. When I said I was not going to pay more they transferred me to another technician who showed me - somehow - that Norton was not compatible with Windows 10 (only up to Windows 8) and stated that Microsoft did not support any 3rd party security software. At that point I closed everything off and accepted that I had probably lost £19.95. However their icon stayed on the screen and I will delete it soon. Significantly Norton is advertised on their web page despite their telling me it was no good for Windows 10. Comments from Norton please.
