Remove a mobile phone from mobile unlock

Dear All: I recently bought a new iPhone to replace my old one. How do I remove the old phone from selectable devices to unlock the PC browser plugin? The old phone has been wiped and traded in to Apple and there are now 2 iphones in the selectable list which is very confusing. I only need the one single iPhone that I am using now. Thank you SC

Re: Remove a mobile phone from mobile unlock

I had a similar problem as all previous phones remain on my mobile unlock page. Aslo, if I factory reset my phone, a duplicate is added to my mobile unlock page as if my old phone and the new one are different. The steps below cleared all "fake" and old phones from my mobile unlock and only the gadgets I currently use are added.

1. login to your Norton account: http://login.norton.com

2. go to "Account Settings" (if your landing page is "My Accounts", click on the tab "Personal Information" to get to "Account Settings"

3.  Turn Two-Factor Authentication OFF (when prompted for confirmation, be sure to check the box "Also clear all my Two-Factor Authentication settings")

ALL PREVIOUS PHONES (AND COMPUTERS) ON YOUR MOBILE UNLOCK WOULD BE DELETED, YOU NEED TO TURN TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION ON AGAIN AND SET UP VIP ACCESS FOR YOUR NEW DEVICE(S)

Re: Remove a mobile phone from mobile unlock

Thank you for the response.

Unfortunately, it does not appear to work (not quite sure why). The list of devices for Norton Password Manager does not reset, but it does reset the information for logging into the Norton Account (so I guess it works for a different problem).
