renewal was not added to previous account. A new subscription was opened.
When I did the early renewal that was sent to me by Norton via email. I followed the instructions and did all the steps for the renewal. I thought that was the end of it. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. I now have two open accounts for the same computer. Please help to fix this glitch. I will not ever renew early again. I see that there is an issue with the aligning of current and early renewals.
