I want to run a full system scan and it runs so long and shuts down. Why?
Hi, S.Hardee. Have you done a full restart which is required if you have Win 10, so Norton and other programs can correctly operate.
In Norton go to the Main UI > Settings > Antivirus > Scans and Risks and scroll down to Full Scan Configure.
I suggest setting the scan to Manual, and setting Compressed File scan to OFF.
Then you can run the scan whenever you want.
