"Server error: We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request..."

Often when I try to sign in to my Password Manager I get the following error - "Server error: We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request..."  and will be unable to sign in for hours or days.  I'm not sure what causes the error and in my research, no one offered any viable help.  My browser is Firefox 74.0 (64-bit) and I use a 64-bit OS and x64 based processor. I have tried the following clear cache and web content, restarted browser, rebooted desktop and signed in online to my Norton 360 account.  I use the mobile settings for my Password Manager.  Can you provide a resolution to this problem?  Thanks.

I'm having the same problem except with Microsoft Edge.
