Server Error: We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Try again later. (-2021)

This shows up whenever I log my Norton account to my new computer to activate the subscription. I checked my Norton account and it says I still have 2 of 5 licenses used. I have seen several versions where it is the same but ends with (-6) or (-1010) but I can't find anything that ends on (-2021). Please help.

Ps. I tried entering just the product key but it says "Your product key is not valid for your region and cannot be used to activate the product. (-2009)". This confused me since the computer I used the product key previously for is in the same place.

Did you purchase the product key in a different country than where you live? If so, you are running into a geo locking protection used by Norton.  I this is what is happening, you can contact Support and try asking them to exchange your key for one for your geographic location.    www.norton.com/contactcs

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
