I get the following error after clicking "Sign In" on the Norton Password Manager extension. Chrome browser on Windows 10. What gives?
I did a chat session with a Norton rep and he solved the problem. He uninstalled and reinstalled the browser extensions. But I think the critical thing was... setting up the password for the password vault in the Norton app before attempting to use the extension.
I have exactly the same issue. Did you uninstall all the Norton extensions or just the password manager? How were you able to set the vault password without using the extension?
We uninstalled and reinstalled all of the extensions. Granted... hard to say if that piece was actually necessary. He was going through several steps. The first few did not have the desired result. I think the key was, setting up the password vault password in the norton app before trying to logon with the plugin.
