shared drives ignored as a source

I have a synology nas drive and have mapped network drives visible and want to use nobu to backup the contents of the mapped drives.

nobu works fine for anything on the c drive but adding sources (or folders or even files) from the mapped network drives are simply ignored - no errors or anything. it will however backup a mapped usb drive....its anything mapped from network drives that are ignored.

Re: shared drives ignored as a source

Hello Russell

NAS devices will not work with Norton Online Backup. The details can be read in this article. It has to be a physically attached drive or a USB key drive.
