SHOPPING GUARANTEE CLIENT SUPORT PROBLEM

Hi! Is there anyone who can help me  from the Norton Shopping Guarantee Clients Support? I have a problem and i need a fast solution. It's about a 200 $ order, and.....sorry for my english, is not the best! :-)

Thank you @krusty13! But i have a problem whit a refound that i deserve for a product i bought from ketopurediet.com! With the product was included a 30 days free Norton Shopping Guarantee! I opened a dispute, the seller wrote me back they want to send me another packet and they did without reading my answer which was NOT to do that cause i am leaving from my actual country! And now they don't write me no more! i Just want my money back..that's it! :-(

Hello oceanlover. You may file a claim at this website directly with Norton. Have you opened a claim directly with Norton or just the vendor who sold the product?

Thank you @soulAsylum! Already done! I was just worried not to be refound! Finally yesterday, after several emails through the open dispute with Shopping Norton Guarantee in which I wrote that I would proceed by legal means, the sellers of the website have sent me a confirmation email for the reimbursement that I am entitled to!
