Should Identity Safe be able to log me into this Forum?

This is the third weird thing today so here I go:

If I come here via a link in an email notifying me when someone has replied to a thread, the log-in boxes are on that page and the Identity Safe logs me in - no problems.

But if I come here via my main link and click on log in (or sign in) the two boes appear in a new window and Identity Safe doesn't log me in - I have to do it manually.

Is this normal, please?

Re: Should Identity Safe be able to log me into this Forum?

Hi Taffy_078,

It's a cookie thing?  I can actually log out of ID safe, go to this forum and get logged in automatically.  When you log in

checkmark the Keep Me Logged in and then sign in - that should keep you logged in.  If I log out of Norton and have my ID Safe On and logged iun, then it will populate the blank log-in screen.  There may also be a setting in your browser that effects it - but I am not sure which browser you are using at present - the setting is usually on the Prvacy Tab unde Interent Options.

Many thanks Yank. Only just picked this up - I must have missed the email.
