Some sites do not recognise the username and passwords filled in by Identity Safe

There are a few sites that I visit that do not recognise that the username and password field have been filled in, even though they are populated and orange.  To get them to work, I then have to add a character and delete it in each filed to get them to work.

Is anyone else having this issue and do Norton know about it?

Other users have reported this, so Norton should be aware of this.

If it is only happening in a couple of sites, it may be something specific on how those sites have set up their logins. 

You can report the site to the ID Safe team from your product.

Using IE or Chrome, Navigate to the login page you are having problems with. Then click on Vault is Open on the Norton Toolbar. Then click on Options beside Current Site. From there click on Report an issue with this site. Then follow the directions.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
