Somethig Strange happening with ID Safe at Startup
Since the last NIS update (v188.8.131.52), something strange has been happening with ID Safe.
Before this update, when I started up my computer, I clicked on “Identity Safe” on the NIS Home Screen, I was told my vault was closed, I entered my vault password (via copy/paste), the vault was opened, and everything was OK.
Since the update, sometimes (not always) when I start up, I click on “Identity Safe” on the Home Screen, and I’m asked to enter my Norton Account email address. Norton finds my account and asks for my password. I enter my account password (via copy/paste) and then Norton tells me my password is invalid. I know my password is correct because I can use it to log into my account via Firefox or Chrome and I always use copy/paste method to prevent any typing errors. After a few tries, I give up and restart my computer. After the restart, everything is OK (back to the way it was before the last NIS update).
Why doesn't the problem go away until after I restart? This makes no sense to me.
