Well, here is the thing. I did not use Method #1 (Meta Tag) I used method #2 (HTML). That HTML file was uploaded into my website root directory on Nov 10, 2017. See screenshot. Hey, I am certainly not at all well versed in this so if I made a mistake just let me know what that mistake is. That being said, I believe I followed the instructions for Method #2 very carefully. Also, my webhost looked at the norton file that I loaded into my website root directory and my host said the uploaded norton file seemed to look fine to them and that they don't understand what the problem is. I called Norton about 2 weeks ago and spoke with a representative who said that they were escalating this to an upper level Norton Tech rep who would call me in no longer than 5 business days to work with me to get this fixed. It has been 10 business days and I have never received any call from the Norton Upper level tech support. Please assist.
