Subscription

Hi. I had very recently bought Norton Security Deluxe* and it will only protect 1 PC. The other PC is a laptop using wifi. Thats the one I transfered my license to from my PC. But now my own PC won't be covered, even tho its a Deluxe subscription, and multiple PC's are covered, up to 5, I believe. Symantec wants me to buy another license at $79 per year and I'd like to know why this is happening. I also have Norton Security Mobile for a tablet and phone. When I check my licensing, it won't show Deluxe, but I positively have seen it before, in the last few days. Any help on this? Thank you for any info pertaining to this. It's appreciated...

Hello

You could have a chat with Customer Support since they are the ones who handle subscriptions. If you do need to buy a subscription, you can shop around at retail stores and online for the best price. If you are using the same product, then you just would have to enter the new key. By having a chat, you can usually get the remaining days onto your subscription. If you have more than 5 devices to protect, you may want to get the Norton Security Premium so you can cover all devices with 1 program. The link for the Customer Support is www.norton.com/chat
