Subscription renewal issue : We apologize, but there was a problem processing your payment. Try another method

Ive tried several times to pay for my subscription renewal by Paypal, debit card and credit card but without success , all I get is something along the lines of ' We apologize, but there was a problem processing your payment. Try another method'  .. Any ideas why?

Um, are you trying to pay from Norton direct or from third party site?

The method of payment at Norton online store depends on the country and currency used. For example, if buying from Norton Online Store with United States selected, the only payment option is a credit card (AMEX, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, VISA). Same is for Canada except that not as many of the credit cards are accepted as in the United States. But if you’re shopping though the United Kingdom online store, than besides the credit card option, there’s also an option of doing a bank transfer.

maybe, clear browser cache & session cookies and try again

try turning off browser content control .... AdBlocker / Scripts blocker
try outside incognito private browsing mode 
try allowing cookies
try VPN off

I'll try, thanks.  That screenshot you posted above is exactly what I'm seeing..I assume I am on the genuine Norton site, correct?
