There is a backup problem - Again!

Again backup is failing and I get the "There is a backup problem ...".

This is happening over and over again.  I create a new backup set, configure my numerous exception folders, it takes days to finally backup everything, and then after a few weeks I get this error again.

Norton or Symantec please fix this problem!  I am tired of fixing this over and over again.

Re: There is a backup problem - Again!

The problem continues.  I created a new backup set, configure my numerous exception folders, it takes days to partially backup and then I get the dreaded "There is a backup problem ...".

There is no problem with my account.  I am able to view the files that were backed up on my Norton Backup Drive. I don't get any other error code or message, nothing.  It fails right after completing the scan and just before it would start sending files to the online backup.

Where are the backup error logs?

Re: There is a backup problem - Again!

Have you checked that there's room in the online backup?
Are you trying to include the program folders in your backup? If so these usually make the backup fail - I discovered this when trying to create a full backup of my laptop.

You could try deselecting everything then selecting one by one until you get a failure, this'll at least narrow it down somewhat.
