Is There a Way to Auto-Fill a Login Page with More than 2 Requirememnts?

Our local library requires name, account number, and password(pin) to login. Currently Identity Safe auro-fills the first 2 and I type in the password. Is there a way to auto-fiil all 3 requirements?

Here's the library login page: https://encore.cityofdenton.com/iii/cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Flibrary.cityofdenton.com%3A443%2Fpatroninfo~S4%2FIIITICKET&scope=4

Thanks. Albert's issue is similar to mine in that he needs to provide 3 answers to login. In his case, Identity Safe locates the 2 answers it provides in the wrong place. In my case, it locates the 2 answers correctly, but somehow provides a 3rd incorrect answer. I think all Norton is plannig to fix is that the 2 answers go in the correct spots and that additiional answers beyond 2 aren't provided. What Albert and I really need is correct auto filling of more than 2 login answer fields.

I did go ahead and report my issue with the library site.

Albert is the Norton employee responding to the issue presented by mrcvn.

Your reporting the site is the way to get a solution.

Ok, I see that now regarding Albert. I guess we'll see what they do as I did report my issue. It seems like they  would provide for many question logins. Logins are getting increasingly complex(especially financial institutions) with many questions generally on multiple pages.

I just upgraded my 360 version from 5 to 6. My computers seem to be running a bit faster and scans seem faster. Also Identity Safe is working better overall (faster auto-fills, and the toolbar to choose among multiple accounts is very handy). Overall, I'm pretty pleased.

Norton does allow for muli page and multi question log ins. Sometimes the web sites you visit will change their log in methods, or use a 'non standard' log in box. When Norton is made aware of the changes, they issue changes to their products to work with those pages.

Users like you and I have to let them know when we find one they missed.

Re: Is There a Way to Auto-Fill a Login Page with More than 2 Requirememnts?

After reading everything in this thread, it got me to thinking of one site I have that is a single page 3 field login. Norton reads it like a form. This website which is for music, cd's, mp3's, etc. has it to where you fill the first field with your first name, second field last name, then your password in the third field.

At one time, probably over a year ago, Identity Safe filled this in properly, all three fields with the login credentials. For the last year or so, it reads it like a form.

Should I use the 'Report Issue' link on the toolbar to send this in to Norton.

Thanks.

Yes. That is the only way that it can be added to the Norton program.

Thank you peterweb. You've been both helpful and patient which I really appreciate.

Just to be sure I've finally got it (pretty much repeating what peterweb has already said): Identity Safe can handle more than 2 entry and multiple page logins, but those sites(pages) require specific setup by Norton personnel many of which have been done and others that haven't. When we users find a site that doesn't work correctly, we should use the "Report Issue" feature to advise Norton so that they can set it up.
