Turned Off Norton Antispyware Message Box

I keep receiving a message box that pops up on my desktop screen that says: "You have turned off your Norton Antispyware. Your computer may become vulnerable".  A Norton representative in customer service has thoroughly checked my computer and found everything working properly. It is still a mystery as to why I keep getting this message.

Re: Turned Off Norton Antispyware Message Box

Do you see this when you start your computer? It could be a momentary detection while Norton is setting itself up and checking for updates. As Norton installs the update, there may be a few milliseconds where the protection is turned off and you see this message from the Windows Action Center.

As long as you see a green check mark in the Norton icon in your system tray, all is good.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

No. The popup message in the box seems to appear at random times while I am on  my desktop computer.  The box appears in the lower right hand corner.  It has appeared twice in the past week.

Re: Turned Off Norton Antispyware Message Box

I have been using Norton Protection for over seven years and have never gotten such a popup message like this before.
