Two-factor authentication for Norton account phone call fails
Is anyone else having a problem with the Two-factor authentication for Norton account phone call? While the automated system recognizes my presence on the line when I say hello it seems to be having a problem recognizing when I press the #1 key. I'm having to retry multiple times before it finally recognizes the DTMF tone.
I have VOIP telephone service from Century-link and my line is clear and I'm not having any problems dialing phone numbers that require the number 1.
