Desperately and urgently need access to contents of Vault

Hello Alan. Here the Norton reference article for those errors. Also disable "fast startup" in Windows 10 before you perform the removal. Reboot then perform the R&R per the article. On your mobile devices remove the Norton app and restart the devices. Reinstall from the Google play store. Please let us know how this works out for you.

I do not have any other security software on my desktop and I was reluctant to remove Norton ahead of re-installing it lest the latter did not include the mass of information stored in my Vault.
In any event I have now applied my mind more rigorously to the problem and managed to find a copy of the contents of the Vault. I am thus back in business.
