Unable to activate boxed copies of Norton Online Backup
I purchased boxed copies of NOBU for my mother and fathers computers but am unable to activet them on their accounts. I have tried twice in a week in case of web site issues and just get this:
"Something went wrong. Norton Online Backup is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away. Click here to return to the previous page."
I am attempting to activate the new codes on their accounts via the "Activate Norton Online Backup" link on the "My Subscriptions" page.
I am getting the same error on both accounts.
