unable to connect

I have uninstalled and re-installed norton identity safe and when it gets to enter my email address I click Next and a box flashes up but nothing happens I have tried rebooting several times same problem - this is on my work machine - on my home machine it works fine, I can login online everything is working as expected 

any idea how i can resolve this

Which Norton product and version are you using? Support - About

Be sure you have run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
