UNABLE TO DISPLAY ACCOUNTS AT CITIBANK WEB SITE

N360 V5. WITH NCO BHO BROWSER HELPER OBJ ENABLED, UNABLE TO COMPLETE SIGN ON TO CITIBANK. IF I DISABLE THE BHO, SIGN ON IS FINE, BUT NORTON SAFE SITE ICONS DISAPPEAR ON SEARCH LISTINGS SUCH AS GOOGLE. HELP...JUST REMOVED AND RE-INSTSALLED TO NO AVAIL. WIN 7 HP. What version of Windows are you using? Your N 360V5 is no longer the current version and if you have a valid subscribtion you can upgrade to V 6 free of charge.

Running Win7 home premium, with IE9. I believe the problem is that N360 is blocking data from the Citibank web site, on the belief that the data may be contaminated. Is there any way I can force N360 to load particular sites?

If you have Autofill enabled for the citibank Web page in Identity Safe, then remove the logins for citibank, and then try adding the citibank login to Identity safe. If the problem persists, try upgrading to latest version for free of cost:
http://www.norton.com/nuc

Remember to backup Identity safe data before you upgrade,just in case of emergency you may use it.
