Unable to login into my Norton Account
It's been a long while I had this issue in my Norton account and no one in the technical support has been able to provide a final resolution to this problem. I need to install my recent subscription in my mobile devices, due to the error above I can download it on my phone. I have deleted cookies, browsing history, I have changed internet browser, a few technicians have been connected to my laptop to find out what is wrong, I've been hours on the phone with representatives trying to resolve this issue, including today 2/22/2016, and I don't have a solution and my mobile devices are unprotected since then. The issue is once I click on the link to go into my account I type my user and password then it goes to the screen above. In the past, I was be able to see all products I have had bought since I have Norton products. I need a solution to this issue, please. If some one in the technician support department reads this message I will appreciate look at this problem. thanks
