Unable to sync vault

I’ve read all the answers available on google & non work, most options NOT there on my app! PLEASE, PLEASE, someone help, I’m getting extremely frustrated! Done a lot of passwords updates using my PC on win 10, tried sync several times, I waited overnight, nothing! My passwords are not synced to my iPhone. Thank you in advance for ANY help! I wouldn’t mind getting it in the cloud, but option not there! Thnx!

BTW: On iPhone, running iOS 12.1.3 & password manager is 6.2.298

Open your vault on your iPhone. Tap on Logins, then swipe down from the top of the list to force a manual sync with your online vault.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

I tried that initially, no go! But.... Today, I was reading about it no more on chrome, but still ok on ie. So I decided to run it on ie, made one password change, then chk my iPhone & voila, all synced! IDK if THATs what done it or it finally synced on its own! I assume I’m running the cloud version, per what I read. How to tell if I’m running cloud on win 10 & iPhone? Thanks peterweb! (Sorry, tried @ with your name, didn’t work, IDK how to use active names)

If a vault entry that is changed on the PC is now available on the iPhone, you are using a cloud vault. It is possible to still have a local vault on a PC (I still have one), but mobile versions of Norton Password Manager can only use a cloud vault.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

The sync blip, could have just been some temporary server issues.
