Unlocking LoginAssistant Troubles

Hi Norton community,

Ever since I've began using a new computer system, the transition from the old to the new has presented a hurdle. The password for the vault that I originated is not being accepted by the Norton360InternetSecuritySuite! This obviously blocks my login assistant. I need some direction on how to reset this vault password.thanks.untilnexttime.

You may be able to reset your password by clicking the link below.

You can log into your online vault at www.identitysafe.norton.com

Or try live chat on the keyboard with a Norton representative on the link below.  Vary the times of day you try, as it’s difficult to know when they are busy.

unable to solve the persisting problem on internetexplorer10

I follow the reset password steps with an email sent to me

 and

identitysafe has not accepted any new passwords...

I've tried to re-login to identitysafe  and the compter say incorrect program

new help for new steps please...ty
