Updating My Device Name In The About Section

Hi. This problem happened already for me and I couldn't update my Device Name in the About section of my Norton Security Deluxe; but here, in the forum, someone helped me out to fix the problem and now the solution he gave to me, isn't working!

I tried to rename my Device Name in the About section from my Norton Account several times; but it doesn't work; while the connection between Norton Security and my Account is ESTABLISHED. I also attached two screenshots of the About section in Norton Security and my Account which show that the connection between them is established. I don't know whether it's a bug in the website or not. So, please someone help me to fix the problem or someone inform Symantec's employees to check this.

I'm waiting for a response here. Thank you.

Pitbull, log OUT of your Norton account and reboot the device in question. Once rebooted login to your Norton account again, recheck to see if things synch!!

Pitbull, if I may add, please also verify that Remote Management is enabled (Settings > Administrative Settings > Remote Management).
