Updating My Device Name In The About Section
Hi. This problem happened already for me and I couldn't update my Device Name in the About section of my Norton Security Deluxe; but here, in the forum, someone helped me out to fix the problem and now the solution he gave to me, isn't working!
I tried to rename my Device Name in the About section from my Norton Account several times; but it doesn't work; while the connection between Norton Security and my Account is ESTABLISHED. I also attached two screenshots of the About section in Norton Security and my Account which show that the connection between them is established. I don't know whether it's a bug in the website or not. So, please someone help me to fix the problem or someone inform Symantec's employees to check this.
