Welcome Jim,

Please do NOT delete logins. You can disable the identity safe on your computer.

When you convert to the online vault the usernames and passwords are moved to the cloud from your computer. This means that there is only ONE copy of that data and now it's in the cloud.

Keep us posted

Re: vault

I moved my Identity Safe password data to the Norton vault online, anticipating being able to use the ios version of the Norton Identity Safe mobile app.  Since the ios version of the mobile app is no longer available, I want to now move my IS password data back to my PC from the Norton online vault.  How do I go about doing that?

Re: vault

The iOS app will be available soon. It has been sent to the app store and is awaiting Apple approval. If you want to restore your local vault on your PC, you will have to log into your online vault and backup/export your Identity Safe data to a safe place on your computer. Then log out of the online vault and configure a new local vault. Then import your data to the new local vault.
Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
